Remove obsolete section on lld from docs/clang.md
LLD is (generally) used by default on Android, Fuchsia, Linux, and Windows nowadays, so it's no longer "experimental". We probably don't need to mention it at all here; just remove this paragraph. LLD is a relatively new linker from LLVM. The current focus is on Windows and
Linux support, where it can link Chrome approximately twice as fast as gold and
MSVC's link.exe as of this writing.
