This change directs Chrome's shared library loader to look for the latest .7 version of libbrlapi.so without which an upgrade to Brltty 6.0 completely breaks Chrome from loading libbrlapi. It also adds some notes to our public docs for future persons who wish to investigate failures during upreving.
