This suite has been running at 100% experimental for 2+ years now:

And seemingly never promoted out of experimental. The test cases that
prompted its original addition to the bots have since been deleted.
Other test cases have unexpectedly been added by other teams. But it's
unclear if the others are aware that these test cases are being run
experimentally on this linux-chromeos-rel bot.
So to save machine resources, this just removes the suite from the
bot. If others would like the suite to still run, they can reach out
to discuss a plan and timeline to add the suite back + promote it out
of experimental.
