The main changes are in `service_worker_container_host.*` and `ServiceWorkerContextCore::CreateContainerHostFor*()`. This CL splits the original `ServiceWorkerContainerHost` into: - `ServiceWorkerContainerHost` corresponding to the spec's ServiceWorkerContainer's host to communicate with renderer, and - a new class `ServiceWorkerClient` corresponding to the spec's service worker client to be used for registration/fetching. In this CL, `ServiceWorkerContainerHostForClient` and `ServiceWorkerClient` still correspond 1:1, have the same lifetime and the pointers to each other are always valid except for during initialization and destruction. The other parts of this CL are to replace `ServiceWorkerContainerHost` references to `ServiceWorkerClient` where applicable, and rename accordingly to some extent.
