[CrOS Bluetooth] Use Disconnect in BluetoothDeviceClientImpl.
This change updates the implementation to use the previous disconnect mechanism when not running on ChromeOS. This fixes an issue where non-ChromeOS builds try to invoke the "DisconnectOld" method which does not exist in upstream BlueZ.
