[CrOS Bluetooth] Use Disconnect in BluetoothDeviceClientImpl.

This change updates the implementation to use the previous disconnect
mechanism when not running on ChromeOS. This fixes an issue where
non-ChromeOS builds try to invoke the "DisconnectOld" method which does
not exist in upstream BlueZ.
