Remove PdfInkBrush's type and params fields, as they are only used for testing. Since these fields are passed down further into the Ink library update the Ink library interface with ForTesting methods to get these values instead. Then update unit tests to call the new methods, which demonstrates that the brush opacity is always set to 1. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead,
follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
