
This patch prepares the implementation to wipe the search engine choice when having a device restore on iOS by: - Adding kDeviceRestored value in WipeSearchEngineChoiceReason and metric enum. - Moving GetChoiceScreenCompletionTimestamp() from fully private to search_engine_choice_utils.h Related to crrev.com/c/6396506. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
