
The new function will accept a valid net::X509Certificate and will flush client auth caching decisions with a matching client certificate, regardless of the server. It will then flush the connections to those servers. This API will be used to force the network service to forget about a client certificate which no longer exists. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
