Add IppClientInfo to print.mojom. Add a list of IppClientInfo instances to PrintSettings. IppClientInfo is added to print.mojom because it will be used in local_printer.mojom API in a later CL. Allowlist client-info to be sent as a CUPS option without checking if it's supported. It is expected that the client-info print setting will only be set for printers supporting client-info. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead,
follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
