Robert Sesek 62e17e1aea Improve the usability of chrome://crashes 
This redesigns the page to show the data for each crash report in a
tabular fashion, rather than intermixed as prose. It also hides the
local crash ID/context by default, though it can be accessed by
toggling a new "Show developer details" checkbox.
