This CL addresses an issue where Page Colors settings were not affecting the Linux GTK theme. Page Colors is an accessibility setting aimed to apply contrast themes on web contents. The problem arose because the page colors controller only affected the `NativeThemeAura` state, without considering other Linux native themes that might be in use. As a result, the forced colors provider in Blink had incorrect states when a Page colors theme was selected. To resolve this issue, the following changes were made: 1. The page colors state is now set on the Linux Native Theme (not just Aura) when page colors change in `PageColors::OnPageColorsChanged`. 2. Contrast-related theme updates have been refactored into a method called `NativeTheme::UpdateContrastRelatedThemeStates`, consolidating all contrast-related theme updates in one place. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead,
follow the instructions on how to get the code.
Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
