A large number of OCRed images in PDFs contain no text. To investigate possibility of pruning images based on size, the metric is split into two based on whether OCR detected text or not. OBSOLETE_HISTOGRAM[Accessibility.ScreenAI.OCR.ImageSize.PDF]=Replaced by two other histograms with more granularity.
