This patch has no functional difference, it is just a refactor. It introduces a new AXNodeDataPropertyClient that is responsible for unserializing AOM properties stored on AccessibleNode into an AXNodeData object. This will eventually replace the existing AOMPropertyClient once all sparse attribute setters are migrated over to the new functional map. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
