Add a test to fix a WebSocket data corruption issue that occurred when a control frame was split between two different reads. This has been fixed since https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/6146193 which landed in January, but the fact that it led to data corruption was not known at the time. This new test reproduces the data corruption when run against a version that has the issue. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
