
Use copy_prefix_from() to avoid cases where the exact same length argument must appear in a prior first() or subspan() call, or where we would obtain the size() of the container for the same. -- Do the same for HeapArray<>::copy_from() calls as well. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
