
This change fixes the error badge position by updating drawing dimensions. It also restores the error badge size to 16dp (previously reduced to 14dp when drawn inside the avatar). Additionally, ButtonSpec and OptionalButtonView are extended to dynamically adjust the button paddings when an error badge is present. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
