Googlers' Windows workstations have the SSH server installed, and it works well with vscode remote tools. Non-googlers can also get it working by installing the OpenSSH server themselves. This CL updates the section about Windows & SSH to include this information. Creating Documentation
Markdown documents must follow the style guide.
