There is context attributes that are send from nacl process to rendeder process, but they are not forwarded to gpu process anymore. Graphics3D and the rest of the chrome uses different sets of fields in the struct and they mostly don't intersect. This CL forks the struct to make it clear that it's not what we create command buffer with and to unlock further gpu side clean ups. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
