There are two methods. The basic one returns a HeapArray<T> that is allocated with a runtime alignment. The complex one returns a HeapArray<char> that is allocated with a runtime alignment, along with a span<T> for accessing the buffer as T*. This is used for code that wants to control the lifetime of objects in the buffer with in-place construction. An AlignedHeapArray<T> alias is provided to avoid having to write out the aligned deleter in the type name.
