Add a default for --android-device-path to avoid needing to manually figure it out for the majority of the cases. Fix --keep-temps to be just a flag instead of needing to pass something. Update and expand pgo.md to improve android support (clarify that is_high_end_android is usually necessary) as well as add some explanations for what chrome_pgo_phase means. Fix existing typo in docs and correct the name of the default output profile path.
