remoteDesktopClientOverride
on Android
Before this change, the Android implementation ignored `remoteDesktopClientOverride` and always passed `nullptr` instead. `webauth_request_security_checker.cc` provides a common implementation for desktop and Android to validate the relying party ID. This also includes verifying that the origin from `remoteDesktopClientOverride` is allow-listed. This CL wires the value of the `origin` from `remoteDesktopClientOverride` to allow remote desktop support on Android. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
