These regular expressions are validated against files on disk. Some of the regexes use or operators to select multiple directories in a single directory. For example, //third_party/blink/renderer/core/(paint|svg). This CL removes regexes like that, and expands each individual directory out. This is because these references don't fail when a directory gets removed. For the example, if the svg directory gets removed, the regex referencing it won't be required to change by the existing presubmit. Expanding out each or statement in the regexe forces each directory reference to be validated, which means the regexes listed here will be less likely to be out of date.
