
(1) When large cursor is enabled, use hardware compositing for cursor if the plane is larger than the large cursor size, otherwise fallback to software compositing. This won't affect other prefs e.g. kAccessibilityHighContrastEnabled or kDockedMagnifierEnabled. Tested with external displays and tested on rotation and magnifier. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
