Several of the functions here are never called. Several others are only called from WebView::ApplyWebPreferences which is within blink so it can simply call the RuntimeEnabledFeatures functions directly. We also correct links in related documentation. Creating Documentation
Markdown documents must follow the style guide.
Preview local changes using md_browser:
