These new methods will replace the old AddContext() and Execute() methods. Now Append() will be used exclusively for appending input to a session, and Generate() will be used for starting output. This simplifies things, since previously it was a bit confusing that Execute() could also take input. As part of this change, the `ignore_context` option was removed from Append() since it is not being actively used by any features. The AddContext() and Execute() methods can be removed and associated code cleaned up once the internal repos have updated to use the new methods. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
