
This has no change for official/shipped versions of Chrome, however developer builds (including Chrome branded and Chromium) and tests will now append the (Developer Build) string on the DPAPI encrypted blob that gets logged upon decryption. This makes detection of true positive unwanted DPAPI events easier. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
