
In https://crrev.com/c/6339009, the entire structure tree from the PDF will be attached to the AccessibilityDocInfo struct. Since the AccessibilityDocInfo struct will own, via an std::unique_ptr, the structure tree's root, it should not have any copy constructors and so they are deleted, and the struct is returned via a unique_ptr to clearly indicate the ownership flow. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
