This documents the usage/intent of the Mega CQ in markdown. It does so by adding a list of "run modes" to cq.md that's sufficiently generic enough to append to as new modes are added. (ie: The eventual return of rts/quick-run?) This also adds an entry for the mega cq into the glossary.
