- Adding assertion requiring the |out_grd| parameter to specify either a .grd or .grdp file. - Adding assertion ensuring |grdp_files| is not specified when a .grdp file is generated, since grdp files can't be nested. - Updating docs accordingly. These invariants seem to already hold in the codebase, and no violations had to be fixed. Adding them as explicit assertions helps better clarify the correct usage of generate_grd's API.
